Season’s greetings

December 31, 2012
2012 has been a great year for me. We successfully launched our online store, partnered for the first time with boutiques located outside of Lebanon and just recently welcomed a colorful homeware collection.

I say “We” because none of the above would have been possible without your contribution. It was your constant feedback, support and lovely words that built the brand. I can’t thank you enough for making the year so special.

And here’s the best part: we’re just getting started! Expect amazing new designs to come out in 2013: this is just the beginning and I can already tell we’re heading somewhere.

I wish I could give each one of you a big hug. It might be a little bit difficult given that we’re spread out across the planet. My little penguin is sending you one instead.

 Until next time, happy holidays,
& see you in 2013!
Happy new year!

Happy new year!

Wedding cards… revealed!

July 10, 2012

The wedding cards are done and are on their way to our friends and family! We have 3 versions: Spanish, English and Arabic. Everything was written, drawn, cut, folded by hand in my tiny little studio in Beirut. Each card is very special. We’ve got a lot of positive feedback so far. The Spanish version is exactly like the english version, hand-written but with spanish letters. Hope you like them! More details revealed soon!

Bye bye Vigo!

July 30, 2011

Yesterday was my last day at work! Woohou! Which means, I’m leaving Vigo soon! : ) To celebrate that special day, we went out for drinks with the girls at the office. They did a really special card for me, and my present was a scarf I was dying to get from Bimba & Lola winter’11-12 collection! One of the first scarves I designed : ).  The card is so cute, Jasmine can actually move from Vigo to Beirut! Each one left a small message on the map as a souvenir. So cute, I love it! Thank you Alba!!!!

Sara, my colleague at work and my best friend in Vigo, gave me a really special gift. A print of her first etching. It’s so lovely. I love her so much.

The adventures of Aladina in the country where the sun never shines!

This is not acceptable, I will complain! This never happens in Beirut! Me complaining about every single thing in Vigo! haha

"Tu dices negro, yo digo blanco" is a Spanish song, that we used to laugh about.

Jasmine flying with the carpet, going towards Beirut!
